Our Executive Chef, Guillermo, inspired by his lifelong passion for cooking, invites you to join him for a unique and immersive culinary experience.

This intimate two-hour session features a live cooking demonstration accompanied by tastings of four traditional Costa Rican dishes. As you explore authentic flavors, enjoy engaging conversation and carefully selected wines that enhance the experience.

The menu includes Tico Ceviche, fresh fish marinated in citrus juices with a hint of ginger ale; Chicharrón Empanadas, made with corn dough filled with savory pork chicharrón and refried beans; Caribbean Shrimp, simmered in a rich coconut milk stew and served with rice and beans; and a sweet finale of Pineapple Empanada, filled with pineapple syrup and paired with refreshing cas fruit ice cream.
