As the Executive Chef at Amor Arenal, our Chef takes pride in offering guests a genuine and down-to-earth culinary experience rooted in authenticity and quality.

With a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight simple yet expressive flavor combinations. This six-course tasting menu, paired with fine wines, reflects the Chef’s passion for honest gastronomy and respect for the purity of each ingredient.
