Description
The incomparable Arenal Hanging Bridges Walk takes your trekking experience up into the forest canopy. This half-day adventure follows a 3.1 km (nearly 2-mile) trail that crosses 9 fixed bridges and 6 hanging bridges within a 600-acre private rainforest reserve. Accompanied by a naturalist guide, you’ll have excellent opportunities to spot local wildlife such as howler monkeys, sloths, motmot and jacamar birds, eyelash pit vipers, poison dart frogs, and many other fascinating species in their natural habitat.
